Celebrating and Honoring Father's Day.

"Fathers are men who dared to place the world's hopes and dreams in their children."

The value of a father cannot be overstated. Its importance in the home and in society can no longer be denied. Whatever your role in life, at home and in society, or what you went through as a child and as an adult, may this essay teach you about the value of a father and the numerous facets of it. May it have a beneficial impact on you and serve as a guiding force in your life decisions.

We have known the role that the Lord God assigns to a father since the beginning. Man was the first thing he made when he created the universe. He is the one charged with looking after God's other creations. God has put his faith in his creation, giving it control and dominion over everything visible in the universe because He knows what He has given it and what it is capable of. The next story is probably familiar to you. He handed the second human being He created to man when He gave woman the life of a man. He responded with love and compassion for the woman and told them to start a family.

So we may conclude that without your father, your mother would not be a mother. He has borne the ability, duty, and God's response to him since the beginning.

As a result, the father is regarded as the home's pillar. He is the family's rock and its hope. There are so many wonderful things our mother can do for us. But, when you think about it, how does he manage to give you his undivided attention at all times, ensuring that you are always observed, cared for, and readily satisfied with your needs? Something every mother wishes for her children. She can cook, clean, and play games with you. Because of your father's assistance, he is able to do so without difficulty. The father will take care of the family's other essential requirements, allowing the mother to focus on her rules and wishes.

Whether or not you find your next loved one who can truly love you and truly help and guide you through life's challenges, may you do what is right with God first, because He is the one who will give you pleasure and joy that no one can take away, and He will also decide whether something is for or worthy of you. In your life and elsewhere, may the Lord be your joy as your Father and Husband. Long live the fathers, the fathers-to-be, the moms and fathers!

Hero Ways, Zero Waste.

Every year on June 5th, the world commemorates World Environment Day. It's a day when we raise awareness about the environment and the importance of conserving it. Furthermore, it is critical to campaign for a better environment and natural resource conservation. It's simple: if we protect the environment now, future generations will be able to live longer and healthier lives. We cannot be so self-centered that we consume all of the resources. World Environment Day is an excellent opportunity to raise public awareness about the difficulties we face and how individuals may help save the environment. As a result, it is significant in its own right.

Every year, Environment Day is observed to raise awareness about environmental issues such as air pollution, global warming, deforestation, wild forest fires, and so on. It also aids us in keeping a check on the way we all live, which affects and destroys nature. In 1972, the United Nations General Assembly recogniezed June 5 as World Environment Day for the first time, and every year since then, June 5 has been observed as World Environment Day all over the world. "#OnlyOneEarth" is the theme for World Environment Day 2022. In 1974, when the day was originally observed, the topic was similarly "Only One Earth."

The process of restoring or enhancing an environment that has been degraded, damaged, or destroyed is known as ecosystem restoration. It's a critical instrument for reversing climate change's negative consequences, restoring degraded lands to productive usage, and protecting endangered species and their ecosystems.

Depending on the situation, there are a variety of approaches to ecosystem restoration. Among the most common approaches are: Restoring natural ecological processes: This method involves simulating how nature heals ecosystems following disruption. Natural succession, for example, will eventually lead to vegetation regeneration and the restoration of species following a wildfire. Active intervention: This method entails actively restoring an ecosystem, such as planting trees or reintroducing natural species. Working with nature: This strategy focuses on accelerating ecosystem recovery by collaborating with natural processes. For example, invasive species can be removed or supplementary water can be provided during a drought. There are numerous ways to save the environment, and everyone may contribute. Individuals can lower their carbon footprint by opting for environmentally friendly transportation solutions. Green spaces can be created, energy efficiency can be improved, and renewable energy can be promoted.

While the Philippines celebrates Independence Day on June 12, the United States did not recognize actual independence until July 4, 1946. Since then, Independence Day has been observed on July 4 in honor of nationalism or nationalism, as well as historians' references.

SUPER MOMS

The term "love" has many different connotations. There are numerous types of it. One of the most powerful is a mother's love and affection for her child. Our bond with our mothers is the only one with the world that lasts a lifetime.

The pain of motherhood is unrivaled. For many women, it is the realization of their dreams and the significance of their time on this planet. God has given them the mission of giving life to one or more additional kids in order to sustain a happy and lasting familial race. The person who gave birth to you is a very wonderful experience for children. Every day of your life, from the first day of speaking, to the first day of walking, to the first day of school, and so on, is a waste of time.  This is most likely the result of a destiny-bound organization. A type of organization that, regardless of whether or not it survives trial, will remain a bond that no one can break.

Regardless of how our lives turn out, whether we have been with them for a long time or have moved to another family, our lives have been bound by destiny since our first day on this planet. We sometimes forget to tell our mothers how much we love them and how important they are in our lives because we are too busy. The children that are still with their mothers are blessed. Others are content with the possibility. Let us not squander or overlook any opportunity to express our gratitude and affection to them.

A type of relationship that God bestows on all persons who understand and can provide true love.

Vigan's Binatbatan Festival.

"VIVA VIGAN BINATBATAN FESTIVAL!"

Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, is a city that has stood the test of time. It has a traditional Hispanic checkerboard street plan. Its main street, Calle Crisilogo, is lined with structures made of brick and wood, with steeply pitched roofs reminiscent of traditional Chinese architecture. Vigan is an exceptionally intact and well-preserved example of an East and South-East Asian European trading town. Vigan was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999 due to all of these characteristics.

Damaso King, a Vigan historian, claims that the first Feast of the Natives took place on May 3, 1883. In 1882, an epidemic disease killed 934 residents in a month. The 'naturales' and'mestizos' asked Dr. Evaristo Abaya, the parish priest at the time, to request that the Santo Cristo Milagroso of Sinait town visit Vigan. Following that, the people ushered in a novena. The contagion ceased on the ninth day. Since then, the naturales of Vigan have chosen the third day of May as a day of thanksgiving for Santo Cristo, whom they refer to as 'Apo Lakay,' which is also the feast day of the Holy Cross and the Santo Cristo of Sinait town.

The process of beating cotton pods to remove the seeds for Abel weaving is known as "binatbatan."
Locals interpreted this as an occupational dance involving two sticks called "batbat." During the week-long celebrations, one of the main attractions is Binabatan street dance. The festival also features "boklan," a local art form that involves mosaicking seeds. Carabao painting, Kalesa parade, spoken poetry, Abel decors, and fashion show are all part of the
festivities. In addition, a fun shoot capturing the Vigan experience.

Binatbatan Festival, with its clothes made of abel Iloko, a woven fabric endemic to the Ilocos Region, is more than just a festival. It depicts Vigan's rich culture and old industries, which existed long before the Spaniards arrived to colonize the Philippines. It derives from the word batbat, which refers to a pair of bamboo
sticks used to separate cotton pods from a tall tree called kapas sanglay. In Ilocano, the word "kapas" (from kapas sanglay) means "cotton."

Vigan's week-long celebrations have religious as well as secular significance. It all starts on May 1st, when the entire country celebrates Labor Day and Vigan remembers its own Isabelo de los Reyes, who founded the country's first labor league. On this day, the catholic faithful also remembers St. Joseph, the patron saint of specialists. The main day commemoration is followed by the Binatbatan Festival festivities, which include a road moving rivalry. Binatbatan movement is linked to Vigan's abel Iloco make. The film depicts how cotton cases are beaten with bamboo sticks to release the cotton lightening known as batbat from its seed. This celebration began in 2002 to highlight this traditional weaving technique that is said to have originated before the arrival of the Spaniards.

Do you Juana Phlog: SuperWomans

“A strong woman knows she has strength enough for the journey, but a woman of strength knows it is in the journey where she will become strong.”

They have different temperaments, opinions, and characteristics, but they only have one thing in common: gender. Beautiful and fragrant flowers are difficult to explain, but waitresses are difficult to describe. What does it mean to be a woman in today's society? What role do they play in the lives of all creatures born into our world? Sisters, aunts, moms, and grandmothers are just a few of the skills that every woman possesses that help to provide life to everyone on our planet. Only has the attributes of being clean, weak, and a follower. Every day, holding the utensils can make their family joyful. But how long will they be of service to us?

The COVID19 pandemic is wreaking havoc on women's health, social and economic well-being around the world. First and foremost, women are driving the health response: women account for about 70% of the health-care workers, putting them at a higher risk of infection. At the same time, due to school and child care facility closures, as well as historical gender inequities in unpaid work, women are shouldering much of the load at home. During times of crisis and quarantine, women suffer heightened risks of employment and income loss, as well as increased dangers of violence, exploitation, abuse, or harassment.

Policy solutions must be immediate, and they must take into account the concerns of women. Governments should consider implementing emergency measures to assist parents in balancing work and caring obligations, reinforcing and expanding income assistance programs, expanding support for small enterprises and the self-employed, and improving measures to assist women victims of violence. Fundamentally, all policy responses to the crisis must incorporate a gender lens and take into consideration women's distinct demands, responsibilities, and viewpoints.

This demonstrates that women can have the same power and endurance as males in today's world. At the same time, everyone recognizes that God has only given/shared equal capacity to each person, and that if we learn to work together, we will establish a prosperous and prosperous nation.

The Ups and Downs and lessons I learned in this Quarter.

“Do something now; your future self will thank you for later.”

Throughout this quarter, I had numerous issues and trials. Problems with time management and self-awareness in module development. These issues, on the other hand, will never be able to bring me down. I'm confident that these difficulties will provide me with some relief.

One of the long-standing challenges of community-based participatory research (CBPR) has been to
ground assessment and practice in a coherent theoretical framework of community development that articulates particular and concrete evaluative criteria. Social movement theories offer a wide range of theoretical tools for understanding and facilitating social change processes like CBPR. In the context of CBPR, social movement theories have the ability to provide a cohesive description of how mobilization and collective action evolve gradually and lead to systemic change. The current study used a social movement perspective to evaluate the processes and intermediate outcomes of the Kahnawake Schools Diabetes Prevention Project, a long-running health promotion CBPR project with an Indigenous community (KDSPP).

This quarter has taught me a lot, especially about this subject. I've learned a lot about our community as a result of this topic. I've discovered several cultures in our community that I was previously unaware of, as well as histories of our community, people who have contributed to the creation of various products in our town, and beautiful sites in our barangay/community.
