“Isabuhay ang Kagitingan, Kapayapaan ay Pagkaisahan, Kamtin ang Mithing Kaunlaran.”
Every year on April 9th, the country celebrates Ang Araw ng Kagitingan. This time honors the bravery of Filipino and American soldiers who sacrificed and laid down their lives during World War II, when hundreds of American and Filipino soldiers died in the so-called Death March following the Japanese forces' capture of Bataan.
The importance of the Araw ng Kagitingan festival cannot be overstated. This is a day to honor the bravery of our brave military. If it appears to the general public to be an ordinary celebration, veteran troops, the majority of whom are older, have a different opinion. They will never forget the bloodshed in our history, and some may even cry when recalling that day. We owe them a big debt of gratitude for the freedom we have today, so we must remember and refresh that day.
Our Filipinos' bravery and heroism are natural, as seen by our country's fight against invaders such as Japan. Japan caused a significant deal of damage to our country during World War II. At the time, they took many lives and oppressed our countrymen mercilessly.
In truth, the claimed country's current help and programs will not suffice to stop their persecution. It's sad to realize that our past is progressively being forgotten among Filipinos. Bravery Day is also a day to remind the globe that war and violence do not benefit anyone. When it comes to battles, no one wins or loses. Many lives have been lost, and all life on the planet has been impacted. One of the many national holidays is Bravery Day. This is critical for our Filipinos in reawakening and promoting our forefathers' heroism in the current generation. Our Filipinos celebrate the Day of Courage.
